We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be approved in advance by Galfie. Shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer.

How to start a return or exchange
Start a return by emailing email@example.com. Once you have requested the return, we will email you the instructions.
Our team is available to assist during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST.
Customers are responsible for shipping labels and can make returns by mail. Please ship via insured, certified US mail or UPS to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund Tax & Shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
